Return & Refund Policy

At House of Aavya, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure premium quality and safe packaging. Since our products are delicate jewellery items, we maintain a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Returns or refunds will only be accepted if:

• The product received is physically damaged during transit, and
• A clear uninterrupted unboxing video is provided as proof

No return, refund, or exchange request will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim a damaged product:

• Customers must record a clear continuous video while opening the package
• The video must begin before the shipping package is opened
• The shipping label and package condition must be clearly visible
• The damaged item must be visible in the same video

Edited, paused, cut, or incomplete videos will not be considered valid proof.

3. Return Request Timeline

Any damaged product claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Size or styling preferences
• Minor color variations due to screen differences
• Customized or personalized products
• Sale or discounted items
• Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewellery products
• Used, damaged, or tampered products

5. Refund Process

Once the claim is verified and approved by our team:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue occurred due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. House of Aavya’s Rights

House of Aavya reserves the right to:

• Reject claims without valid video proof
• Refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions
• Determine whether a product qualifies as damaged or defective

The decision of House of Aavya regarding refunds and returns shall be final.
